multilevel conceptual model of intersectionality by A. M. Núñez (2014),
which draws attention to the heterogeneity and plurality of social catego
ries, operating on different levels and in a specific historical context. Inte
ractions and interrelationship dynamics of social relations of power defi
ne the educational experiences and outcomes of students. The educational
results thus cannot simply be neutral reflections of individual knowled
ge, but are rather impressions of complex interweaving of social relations
of power.

Pravičnost in/ali učinkovitost v kontekstu izobraževalnih
politik v Evropski uniji
V članku naslavljamo politološko znanstveno relevantno vprašanje vpli
va novih oblik (neoliberalne) vladavine v EU na proces oblikovanja in iz
vajanja nacionalnih politik. Dosedanje nekritično sprejemanje evropskih
agend v slovenskem izobraževalnem prostoru pojasnjujemo s teoretskimi
vpogledi v strukturo in procese nove oblike (neoliberalne) vladavine v EU
na področju izobraževalnih politik ter s konkretnimi primeri njenega de
lovanja v evropskem in slovenskem izobraževalnem prostoru. Posebno po
zornost namenimo edukacijskemu znanstveno relevantnemu vprašanju
(ne)komplementarnosti načel pravičnosti in učinkovitosti pri zasledovan
ju evropskih ciljev na področju izobraževanja. V sklepnem delu pojasni
mo pomen v članku predstavljenih uvidov za spoštovanje temeljnih načel
in strateških usmeritev Slovenije pri razvoju nacionalnega izobraževalne
ga sistema v prihodnje.

Equity and/or efficiency in the context of education policies
in the European Union
In the article we address political science relevant questions about influ
ence of new modes of (neoliberal) governance in the EU on the process
of development and the implementation of national educational policies.
The currently identified non-critical reception of the EU agendas in Slo
venian educational space is examined by theoretical insights into struc
ture and processes of new modes of EU governance and concrete exam
ples of its positioning in European and Slovenian educational space. Here,
