− multiprofesionalno sodelovanje ni enostaven proces, potrebno se
ga je naučiti in se za njegovo uspešno udejanjanje ustrezno uspo-
sobiti; usposabljanja celotnih multiprofesionalnih timov so učin-
kovita in morajo postati integralni del njihovega delovanja;

− je razvoj multiprofesionalnega sodelovanja inkrementalen pro-
ces. Na skupne probleme in naloge orientiran pristop se mora za-
četi z majhnimi koraki, graditi na majhnih uspehih, ki bodo vo-
dili do končnega cilja (Benson, 2011: 3-4).

− s perspektive pogleda v prihodnost izziv ostaja preseči diskurz,
ki zgolj poudarja potenciale medsebojnega sodelovanja in dose-
či dejansko razumevanje ter uresničevanje njegovih potencialov
kot nosilcev pozitivnih sprememb v družbi (Googins in Rochlin,
2000: 143).
