bljenih podatkov so bili pripravljeni posebni programi, s katerimi smo 1.251
udeležencem zagotovili pridobitev potrebnih kompetenc, ključnih za kvali-
tetno in učinkovito opravljanje dela. Napredek udeležencev smo spremlja-
li s pomočjo testov za preizkus znanja. V letu 2013 smo beležili dvig zna-
nja za 19,57 %, v naslednjih dveh letih pa so vsi udeleženci uspešno opravili
vsa usposabljanja s pridobitvijo poklicnih kvalifikacij. Mnenje vseh udele-
žencev večinskega dela usposabljanj smo spremljali s pomočjo anonimne
ankete o zadovoljstvu z usposabljanji, kjer je bila najnižja skupna povpreč-
na ocena 4,02 in najvišja 4,76 od najvišje možne ocene 5. Glede na rezulta-
te anonimne analize zadovoljstva z izvedenimi usposabljanji lahko rečemo,
da so udeleženci mnenja, da jim takšna oblika usposabljanj omogoča razvoj
in pridobitev kompetenc, ki jih potrebujejo pri svojem delu. To so potrdi-
li tudi partnerji ob zaključku projekta, saj so bili mnenja, da so sistemska
ureditev izobraževanj v zasebni varnostni družbi, prenos dobrih praks in
izkušenj znotraj projekta ter s tem tudi večja motivacija zaposlenih za delo,
ki ga opravljajo, posledica nabora ustreznih vsebin, s čimer smo udeležen-
cem omogočili razvoj ustreznih kompetenc.

New Challenges in the Field of Security Personnel
Education?
Abstract: The project Competence Centre for Training of Security Person-
nel began in 2013. The survey that was carried out for the project’s purpose
was based on available relevant literature and sought to identify employ-
ees’ lack of competences. It included 13.5% of all employees from 16 partner
companies as well as trainers and members of examination boards. Special
programs were prepared on the basis of survey results which ensured for
1251 participants to gain the necessary competences, crucial for their effi-
cient and quality work. The participants’ progress was monitored by exam-
ination tests. In 2013 a rise of knowledge by 19.57% was recorded. In the next
two years all participants successfully completed the training and gained
an additional vocational qualification. The participants’ opinion was asked
about the majority of the training and monitored by an anonymous survey
about their satisfaction with the training: the lowest overall average score
was 4.02 and the highest 4.76 of the highest possible rating 5. The survey re-
sults showed that the participants believed the training enabled develop-
ment and acquisition of competences needed in their work. This was also
confirmed by the partners at the end of the project. They concluded that a
