ne zanašati le na samoocene udeležencev, ki lahko vodijo v podcenjevanje
potreb po usposabljanju oziroma v precenjevanje lastnih praks in seveda
tudi obratno. Naše ugotovitve bi lahko vodile v širšo raziskavo, predvsem
pa v spremenjen način priprave novih usposabljanj, kjer bi izvajalci vnaprej
preverili, katera znanja in način dela so potrebni, zaželeni in najbolj učin-
koviti pri določenih udeležencih ter prilagodili usposabljanje glede na kon-
tekst, v katerem udeleženci delajo.
