Research interests of Mojca Štraus are international and national studies
of different areas in education as well as statistical approaches to analyzing
the data from these studies. She is employed at the Ministry of Education,
Science in Sports and is a representative of Slovenia in the PISA Governing
Board. The article states solely the opinions of the author, not opinions of
the Ministry of Education, Science in Sports.

je zaposlena na Srednji šoli za farmacijo, kozmetiko in zdravstvo kot uči
teljica športne vzgoje in na Fakulteti za šport Univerze v Ljubljani kot
asistentka pri predmetu Didaktika športne vzgoje. Doktorirala je na
Oddelku za pedagogiko Filozofske fakultete s področja mednarodnih
raziskav znanja. Raziskovalno jo zanima presek področij pedagogike, di
daktike in psihologije.

is a secondary school physical education teacher at the Secondary school
for Pharmacy, Cosmetics and Health and an assistant lecturer in the didac
tics of physical education at the Faculty of sport, University of Ljubljana.
She received a doctorate in pedagogy in the field of international knowl
edge research (Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana). She is interested
in the cross section of pedagogy, didactics and psychology.
Vedrana Sember
je doktorirala na Fakulteti za matematiko, naravoslovje in informacijske
tehnologije in je na Fakulteti za šport zaposlena kot raziskovalka in asi
stentka pri predmetu Didaktike. Doktorirala je s področja gibalne aktiv
nosti, fitnesa, zdravja in učnega uspeha otrok. Raziskovalno se ukvarja s
telesnim in gibalnim razvojem otrok ter z njihovo gibalno aktivnostjo.
