projects and large-scale international assessments.
Ana Lampret is a psychology master’s student and an aspiring young re-
searcher, with research interests in cognitive processes underlying bias and
prejudice formation, interpersonal and intergroup processes, culturally-in-
clusive education and youth mental health. She completed her bachelor’s
degree in July 2020 within the top 5% of her generation, with her thesis fo-
cused on contact-based interventions to reduce ethnic prejudice towards
young migrants. Currently active as a student assistant in the field of cog-
nitive processes and educational psychology, she also volunteers as a youth
consultant.
Janja Žmavc, PhD, is a linguist, assistant professor in linguistics, a research
associate, and head of the Centre for Discourse Studies in Education at the
Educational Research Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The fields of her re-
search are: rhetoric, argumentation, classics, multilingualism, curriculum
design, didactics, and discourse in education.
