Sofia Nag Delgado is a practising clinical psychologist at the Department of
Addictive Medicine, Bergen, Norway. She is currently specialising in treat-
ing patients with problematic drug use and addiction, and recently started
education in the areas of complex trauma disorder and complex dissocia-
tion. She primarily works with phase-oriented trauma treatment and gam-
bling addiction and conducts group therapy on trauma-stabilisation and
gambling. Nag Delgado is the leader of a competence group for trauma,
namely a measure of the Department of Addictive Medicine to increase its
trauma treatment competence for patients with addiction. Nag Delgado’s
interest in Positive Youth Development stems from her work with young
adults and adults who did not have access to many of the developmental as-
sets and thriving indicators described in the chapter in the book. Her re-
search interest mostly focuses on adverse childhood experiences that lead
to addiction, and trauma-related structural dissociation of the personality.

Nilei Kattarina Huang is a practising clinical psychologist at the Solli
District Psychiatric Centre in Bergen, Norway and also at the University
of Bergen Student Centre. She specialises in clinical adult psychology, with
training in cognitive therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (CT-PTSD).
Fitim Uka holds a PhD in Psychology. As an assistant, he lectures at the
University of Prishtina. Over the last 6 years, he has given lectures at dif-
ferent universities. He recently became a member of parliament of Kosovo.
Dr Uka is the founder of the multidisciplinary Empatia clinic. His work in-
cludes several scientific publications and presentations.

Arian Musliu is a PhD cand. in Learning Sciences at Ludwig Maximilian
University. He earned a master’s degree at the same university in 2020.
Mr Musliu is currently an assistant at the University of Prishtina and also
the director of the NGO Psycho-Social and Medical Research Centre in
Kosovo. He worked for several years as a research assistant and tutor assis-
tant at German and Kosovar universities. To date, his work encompasses
several publications and more than 30 conference contributions.

Tringa Mehmeti holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University
of Prishtina, “Hasan Prishtina’’. She is presently a research coordina-
tor for a study conducted by the University of Prishtina together with the
Municipality of Prishtina. Ms Mehmeti volunteers as a researcher at an
