na področju vodenja.
Neža Pajnič took over the national coordination of the Erasmus program
after completing the study of economics. For ten years, she was responsible
for theimplementation of mobility in higher education on a national level,
and then proceeded her career path also to vocational education and train-
ing and later on also to coordination of the European Lifelong Learning
Program in 2011 and continued her career as head of the Erasmus + pro-
gram in Slovenia since 2014. Through her work in CMEPIUS, she keeps in
touch with the development of the field of education and training, both at
the national and European level; and is expertly developing as a head of the
program in the area of leadership.

Brigitte Römmer-Nossek je zaposlena na Univerzi na Dunaju - Center for
Teaching and Learning (CTL), kjer je odgovorna za akademsko pisanje in
programe mentoriranja. Doktorirala je z delom o akademskem pisanju kot
kognitivno razvojnem procesu in poučuje na MEi:CogSci, skupni program
kognitivne znanosti Univerz v Bratislavi, Budimpešti, Ljubljani in Duna-
ju, poleg tega pa tudi mentorira pisanje in raziskuje na Oddelku za nem-
ški jezik.
Brigitte Römmer-Nossek is working for the University of Vienna’s Center
for Teaching and Learning (CTL), where she is responsible for the academ-
ic writing and -mentoring programmes. She received her doctorate degree
for her work on academic writing as a cognitive developmental process and
is teaching in MEi:CogSci, the cognitive science joint master programme
of the Universities of Bratislava, Budapest, Ljubljana, and Vienna as well as
academic writing mentoring and research at the German department.

Tilen Smajla je po osnovni izobrazbi nemcist in anglist, trenutno je zapo-
slen kot učitelj angleškega jezika na osnovni šoli z italijanskim učnim je-
zikom OŠ/SE Pier Paolo Vergerio il Vecchio v Kopru, hkrati pa učno ob-
veznost dopolnjuje na gimnaziji z italijanskim učnim jezikom Gimnazija/
Ginnasio Antonio Sema v Piranu kot profesor nemškega jezika. Po zaklju-
čenem univerzitetnem študiju na Univerzi v Ljubljani, Filozofska fakulte-
ta, je opravil še podiplomski specialistični študij Management v Izobraže-
vanju na Univerzi na Primorskem, Fakulteti za Management v Kopru. Leta
2012 je vpisal podiplomski doktorski študij Edukacijske vede, ki ga letos,
2019, tudi zaključuje. Kot praktika raziskovalca ga zanimajo stališča raz-
