Klaudija Šterman Ivančič is a researcher at the Educational Research
Institute. From 2016 on she is also a National project manager for PISA.
Her research interest includes the achievement results in different areas of
literacy in large-scale assessment studies and their linkage to personality,
motivational, behavioural and socio-emotional predictors in national and
international comparisons.

Urška Štremfel je doktorica znanosti s področja politologije (analiza po-
litik). Na Pedagoškem inštitutu je zaposlena kot znanstvena sodelavka v
Centru za uporabno epistemologijo. Njen znanstveno-raziskovalni inte-
res predstavlja skupno evropsko sodelovanje na področju izobraževanja
ter njegov vpliv na nacionalni izobraževalni prostor. V tem okviru poseb-
no pozornost namenja vlogi mednarodnih raziskav znanja pri oblikovanju
slovenske izobraževalne politike in izobraževalnih praks slovenskih šol ter
razvoju na podatkih temelječega izobraževanja. Raziskovalno delo opravlja
v okviru programske skupine Edukacijske raziskave ter v raznolikih nacio-
nalnih in mednarodnih temeljnih ter aplikativnih projektih.
Urška Štremfel is a Doctor of Political Science (Policy Analysis). She is
employed at the Educational Research Institute as a research associate at
the Center for Applied Epistemology. Her scientific research interest is ba-
sed on common European cooperation in the field of education and its im-
pact on the national educational space. In this context, she pays special
attention to the role of international assessments in the formation of Slove-
nian educational policy and educational practices of Slovenian schools, as
well as the development of evidence-based education. She carries out rese-
arch work within the Educational research program group and in various
national and international fundamental and application projects.

Nika Šušterič je doktorska študentka na Filozofksi fakulteti Univerze v
Ljub­ljani in asistentka za področje sociologije edukacije na Pedagoški fa-
kulteti Univerze v Ljubljani. Njena področja zanimanja so inkluzija in
­raznolikost v edukaciji.
Nika Šušterič is a PhD student at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljublja-
na and an assistant in the field of sociology of education. Her fields of inte-
rest are inclusion and diversity in education.
