Veronika Tašner je docentka za področje sociologije vzgoje na Oddelku za
temeljni pedagoški študij Pedagoške fakultete Univerze v Ljubljani. Pro­
učuje meritokracijo in edukacijo, pravičnost in enakost v edukaciji, spol in
edukacijo ter prihodnost edukacije.
Veronika Tašner is a teaching assistant for sociology of education at the De-
partment of Education Studies of the Faculty of Education, University of
Ljubljana. She studies meritocracy and education, fairness and equality in
education, gender and education, and the future of education.
Mihaela Zavašnik je doktorica jezikoslovja in magistrica didaktike ter ima
več kot 20 let izkušenj pri delu z učenci, s študenti, strokovnimi delavci in
z ravnatelji. Delovala je na različnih področjih izobraževanja, ki vključu-
jejo poučevanje v šolah, v zasebnem sektorju in na fakulteti, usposabljanja
in coaching za strokovne delavce ter ravnatelje in vodenje različnih doma-
čih ter mednarodnih programov in projektov. Njena glavna področja za-
nimanja so profesionalni in karierni razvoj strokovnih delavcev ter ravna-
teljev, strateško in akcijsko načrtovanje v vzgojno-izobraževalnih zavodih,
srednje vodenje ter spremljanje in vrednotenje dela strokovnih delavcev ter
ravnateljev. Je usposobljena karierna svetovalka, licencirana coachinja in
zunanja evalvatorka programov Erasmus+. Trenutno deluje kot vodja eno-
te Šola za ravnatelje na Zavodu RS za šolstvo.
Mihaela Zavašnik holds a PhD in teacher professional development and has
more than 20 years of experience of working with (head)teachers and stu-
dents in the education sector. She has worked in a variety of educational
fields including teaching in schools and in private sector, as an assistant lec-
turer and professor at a university, training and coaching (head)teachers,
leading (inter)national programmes and projects. Her main areas of exper-
tise focus on career and professional development of (head)teachers, stra-
tegic and action planning, middle leadership, (head)teacher appraisal and
evaluation. She is s trained career counsellor, internationally accredited
coach (ACTP) and external evaluation expert for Erasmus+ programmes.
Currently she holds the position of a Head of School Leadership Unit at the
National Educational Institute of Slovenia.
